Release of Court Records to Approved Evaluators
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
JUVENILE DIVISION
ORDER
The Court hereby authorizes the release of a minor's court report to Juvenile Court approved evaluators in any and all matters where the Juvenile Court has ordered a mental health or bonding evaluation of the minor and/or his or her parent(s) and/or his or her relatives.
