Re: RELEASE OF COURT RECORDS TO ATTORNEYS FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN IN JUVENILE COURT CASES

Effective immediately, counsel for the minor who is the subject of Welfare and Institutions Code Section 300, 601 or 602 matters shall be given access to all records relating to the minor which are held by the County Clerk. Said counsel shall also have the right to secure copies of such records. Counsel shall be responsible for paying for the cost of any copying.
